Petition for Variance filed July 31,
1975
is inadequate
in that it does not give ambient air quality data with regard
to photochemical oxidants nor does it state whether the grant
of the Variance would hinder attainment of air quality standards.
See Train v~NRDC decision of April 16,
1975.
Petitioner shall amend the Petition within 35 days to provide
the needed information.
Failure to timely file the needed infor-
mation shall make the petition liable to dismissal for inadequacy.
The 90-day decision period set by statute shall run from the date
of
filing the additional information.
