Petition filed September 24,
1975
is inadequate in that
it
does not tell wheth?~rthe “sewer ban”
is
the result of an overloaded
sewer or an inadequate treatment plant.
If
it
is an inadequate
sewer,
the program of correction of the sewer capacity should be
detailed.
In addition, the alternative of using holding tanks
to
prevent basement flooding,
if
present, should be explored.
The hardship if
the variance is not granted should be explained
at greater
length qiving the dates and amounts of damage caused by
vandalism.
Petitioner shall amend its Petition within 35 days from the
date of this Order
to provide the needed information.
A waiver of
the 90-day decision period set by statute shall also be filed for
the period elapsing until the Amended Petition is received.
Failure
to timely file the Amended Petition shall make
it
liable to dis-
rnissal for inadequac~’.
