ORDER
Respondent Aeroglide Corporation, although adjudged not
guilty in the Opinion and Order of this Board, ha~ filed
a Motion for Clarification of the Opinion and Order.
It appears
that the Company’s manure drier sales might be enhanced if we
were to use different language in our Opinion.
We have reviewed
the issues raised by Aeroglide and deny the Motion.
Aeroglide
would of course like to place all of the blame for the odors on
the operation of the incinerator rather than the manure drier.
We express no opinion
as to the value of the manure drier if
properly installed and operated but the record does indicate
that odors were emitted from the manure drier during the periods
of investigation in this case.
The operation of the manure drier
was a part of the odor problem.
Modification of the Opinion is
not justified.
Motion denied.
