    This matter comes before the Board upon
    a December 10,1987
    motion to withdraw filed by the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency).
    The Agency stated that Respondent’s facility
    is
    an unpermitted site and that Respondent has ceased, disposal
    activities and has completed cleanup and closure
    in accordance
    with Agency requests.
    The Agency’s motion is hereby granted.
    This matter
    is dismissed.
