    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    This enforcement action was filed
    in February,
    1981.
    On
    July 23,
    1981,
    pursuant to the Hearing Officervs request,
    the
    Board issued an Order stating that if hearing were not held
    within
    60 days, the action would be ~subject to dismissal”.
    An amended complaint was filed in October,
    1981.
    No
    hearing has been held,
    On August
    23,
    1982 the Hearing Officer
    again requested entry of a Board Order.
    The Board finds the delay in the pursuit of this action
    unacceptable.
    Hearing shall be scheduled within 15 days, to
    be held within 45 days of the date of this Order, or this
    action will be dismissed with prejudice.
