HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties continue to discuss changes to the settlement agreement that were
proposed by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 22, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
