    On July 29, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant will send respondent a letter requesting his phone number.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:45 a.m. on August 30, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
