    Petition for Modification of Order,
    filed with the Board October

    1974, requesting that the pleadings be modified in PCB 74—11
    to allow the Board to consider variance from Rule 3—3.112 of the
    Rules and Regulations governing Air Pollution for the Joliet, Sa-
    Brooke, and Waukegan stations,
    is denied.
    No data exists
    in the
    record of 74-11
    as to the Joliet plant.
    There was no request by
    Edison to have Waukegan and Sabrooke covered by variance through
    May 31,
    1975.
    Therefore, since the final Order has issued, the
    Board will not modify the pleadings in PCB 74-li.
    The Board considers the pleadings in PCB 74-16 modified so as to
    request variance for Waukegan, Sabrooke, and Joliet from Rule
    3-3.112.
    A decision on that matter will be forthcoming.
