    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 20, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The miscommunication about the settlement paperwork has been resolved by
    respondent’s technical unit, which is awaiting final information from petitioner.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 19, 2006 . The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
