The proposed Amendment adds the request for a variance from

Section 21(b)

of the Environmental Protection Act and Rule 203(f)

of the Water Pollution Regulations, Chapter III.

The Amendment

will be filed on the date of this Order;

notice pursuant to

Petitioner’s waiver of the

day decision requirement of Section 38 of the Act is continued.
