This matter comes before the Pollution Control Board

interlocutory appeal of Respondent
Village of Glendale Heights from the Hearing Officer’s ruling which
excluded Respondent’s expert witness.
Upon
a review of the record
and the authorities cited by Respondent,
it
is the Opinion of the
Board that the Hearing Officer acted well within his discretionary
power.
Therefore it
is the Order of the Board that Respondent’s
Motion be and hereby is denied and that the Hearing Officer’s ruling
is hereby affirmed.
