Motion for Consolidation
of the above-captioned cases filed by
Stepan Chemical Company is granted subject
to
the following condi-
tions:
I)
Within
15 days
of
the date of this Order Stepan Chemical
shall file
a document waiving until 45 days after the filing of the
complete record in the consolidated action its right to
a decision
in PCB 74—317 within 90 days as provided in Sec.
38
of
the Environ-
mental Protection Act.
2)
Within 15 days of the date of this Order Stepan Chemical
shall file a document waiving until 45 days after the filing of the
complete record in the consolidated action its right to a decision
within 90 days in PCB 74-270 as provided in Section
40 of the Environ-
mental Protection Act.
Failure to file such documents shall result in immediate sever-
ance of the actions and hearing.
