An amendment to Petitioner’s Variance Petition having
been received by the Pollution Control Board
(Board) November

it
is the Order of the Board that this matter be
set for hearing.
The Board notes that Woodruff and Edwards, Inc.,
(Woodruff),
has failed
to provide a compliance plan
in its petition.
It
is Woodruff’s burden to inform the Environmental Protection
Agency and the Board, before hearing, of its proposed method
of compliance or,
in lieu thereof, that there is no technology
available
to do so.
If Woodruff relies uponthe
latter,
it
must propose
a research project which it will undertake in
order to provide the necessary technology.
