this Board denied Complainant’s Motion
for an evening hearing because it failed
to state with sufficient
detail the burden that a daytime hearing would place upon the un-
specified number of unnamed citizen witnesses.
On October 30,
1974,
another Motion was filed
by Complainant
for an evening or Saturday hearing.
Attached to this Motion is
an
affidavit listing the names
and addresses of
ten citizen witnesses
who have indicated their desire to testify.
We
feel
that this Motion
is now sufficient and pursuant to the policy enunciated
