    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On November 10, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant needs to send additional information to respondent as the parties
    continue to negotiate terms of the draft stipulation and settlement proposal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:15 a.m. on December 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
