ORDER OF THE BOARD:

The Environmental Protection Agency and the Grain and Feed

Association jointly move that the first three scheduled hearings

on R72-17,

P.72-lB be postponed and that the fourth hearing

previously scheduled for March

14, 1973 in Champaign,

Illinois

be designated as the first hearing on these proposals.

They

state that they are presently in the process of gathering addi—

tional materials for presentation at the first hearing and that

the data will not be available until March 14, 1973.

The motion is allowed and the hearings previously scheduled

for March

1973 in Joliet, and March

1973 in Peoria are postponed.
