12, 1984, the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency (Agency)
filed a Motion for Extension of Time which asked
for an extension of time until
April
27, 1984 to respond to the
Board’s Order of February 22,
1984 requesting additional informa-
tion as to how the proposed stipulated penalty of $30,000 was
determined by the parties.
The Agency indicated that the Respon-
dent joined in the request.
The motion for an extension of time until April
27,
1984 to
respond to the Board’s Order of February 22, 1984 is hereby
granted.
