Pursuant
to Respondent’s Motion of July 19, 1978,
the
Opinion and Order of the Board of June 22,
1978,
is modified
to read as follows:
(1)
The first sentence of Paragraph
4 on Page
2
of the Opinion is hereby modified and re-
vised to read:
“On the basis of the foregoing and the Stipu-
lation and Proposal for Settlement entered
into the record on May 10,
1978, the Board
finds that the Respondent did, on June 16,
1977, place materials into said dumpster,
which when a fire of unknown origin ensued
therein, contributed to the emission of
contaminants into the atmosphere causing
air pollution in violation of Section 9(a)
of the Environmental Protection Act.”
(2)
The first sentence of Paragraph 1 of the
Order on Page
2 is hereby modified and re-
vised to read:
“Respondent, Kraft Chemical Company,
is
found to have placed materials in a certain
dumpster, which when a fire of unknown
origin
ensued
therein,
cofltributed
to
the
emission
of
contaminants
into
the
environ-
ment so as to contribute to or tend to
cause air pollution in Illinois in viola-
tion of Section 9(a) of the Environmental
Protection Act.”
