    filed a Motion to Defer Final
    Action on Petition, requesting that the Board defer final action
    in this cause until
    it has taken final
    action on Goodrich’s permit
    denial appeal,
    PCB 77-120.
    The Motion is hereby granted, conditional
    upon Petitioner filing a waiver of the 90—day rule until at least two
    weeks after the Board takes final action on the Permit denial appeal.
