    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr.
    Zeitlin):
    A Stipulation and Proposed Settlement
    (Stipulation) was filed
    by the parties to this matter on July 20,
    1976.
    Without detailing
    all of its provisions,
    the Stipulation provides for certain noise
    abatement work to be undertaken by Respondent to correct violations
    admitted in the Stipulation for Purposes of Settlement;
    the question
    of whether a penalty is warranted has also been left to the Board.
    The abatement work to be undertaken by Respondent was to have
    been accomplished, by September 1,
    1976, a date already past.
    To
    assist the.Board in determining the accep4ability of the Stipulation,
    and the need
    (if any)
    for a penalty, measurement of the results of
    Respondent’s abatement work is needed.
    To provide the necessary
    information, Complainant shall be given forty-five
    (45) days to
    provide the results of sound measurements reflecting Respondent’s
    abatement work.
