Modine Manufacturing Company (“Modine”)
filed a motion for extension of time to submit certain information
specified
in
the Boardes May 29,
1984, Order granting variance.
Under
the
conditions of this variance, Modine was required to
develop
and
file certain information with the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (“Agency”) by December
1, 1984.
Modine requests
that they be granted an additional three weeks to submit this
information
to
the Agency.
Modin&s motion is granted.
Modine
shall
submit the specified information to the Agency no later
than
December 24,
1984.
