the parties filed a joint motion to correct

a typographical error in paragraph

2 c)

of the Order of

February 4,

1982 granting variance.

The parties correctly note

that the December

1 date in sentence one was intended to be 1985,

and not 1984.

Accordingly, paragraph

2

C)

of the Order is hereby

amended,

and is

to read as

follows:

“c)

Construction of the excess

flow facility shall be

conpleted on or before December 1, 1985.

However, in the

event that a state grant is awarded after January

1,

1984,

construction shall be completed within 11 months of the date

of the award of the state grant.”
