ORDER OF THE BOARD

On October 10, 1980 Illinois Power Company filed a motion to
extend the stay of NPDES permit conditions granted by the Board
in Orders entered March
6 and July
10, 1980
(37 PCB 479 and
PCB
).
Under the July 10 Order the stay will expire thirty-
five days after the board’s Opinion and Order of October 2,
1980.
Illinois Power states that it is considering filing a motion
for
reconsideration and that it wants the stay extended to beyond the
Board’s decision on any such motion.
The motion is granted.
If
a motion for reconsideration of the October
2,
1980 Order is filed
by either party within the time provided by Procedural Rule 333,
then the March
6 stay will continue until thirty-five days after
entry of an order deciding such motion; otherwise,
the stay will
expire
as provided in the July 10,
1980 Order.
