ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by 3. Anderson):
On June 12,
1981 the Village of Buffalo Grove moved for
an extension of time in which to take action referred to in
Paragraph
3 of the Board’s Order of February 19,

No party

relieved.
The only duty imposed on any respondent are those
imposed on Chevy Chase.

light
of the ongoing nego-
tiations to solve the environmental and other problems posed by
this
case,
the
Board
on
its
own
motion
grants

The Board would,
however, anticipate
submittal of these reports at such earlier time as the requested
information becomes available.
