PROTECTION AGENCY,

ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by
B.
Forcade):
On December
16,
1985, North Shore Sanitary District
(“North
Shore”)
filed
a Motion
to Continue Hearing which requested
a
continuation of their hearing date until
the
last week
of
February, l985~ North
Shore cited progressive negotiation
towards settlement with
the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency
as its reason.
The Board’s decision on this matter
is now
due March
8,
1986.
North Shore’s motion
is granted
as modified below:
Hearing must be scheduled
no later
than
January
3,
1986,
and held no later
than
February
3,
1986.
These
time constraints will allow the Board adequate time
to
publish hearing notices and after hearing,
to review
transcripts
and make
a decision by March
8,
1986.
Should
the parties require
additional time to negotiate,
the Board would need
a decision
waiver
to extend
its schedule accordingly.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
