The Board notes that the parties

in their motion

stated that the record in R78-1,

which

is currently before

the Board, contains all the information necessary for the

Board’s evaluation of this proposed variance.

The Board

suggests that any information contained

in R78-1,

including

the still

to be held economic impact hearings which the

parties herein feel should be considered by the Board,

should be placed

in the record of PCB 78-241.

In addition,

the Board should be advised by the parties whether or not

they desire the Board

to stay action herein until the comple-

tion of the record in R78-1.
