    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    On August 20,
    1979 Petitioner moved the Board to stay
    enforcement of the following terms and conditions in NPDES
    Permit No. IL0042498 pending the outcome of this proceeding:
    a.
    all effluent limitations for polychlorinated
    bipheny is,
    b.
    the
    monitoring requirements
    for outfalls
    001
    and 002,
    c.
    the requirement that 24—hour composite samples
    be taken at outfall 002,
    and
    d.
    any condition which would prohibit the discharge
    of contaminants not specifically identified in the
    permit.
    The motion is hereby granted.
