a petition for variance which is deficient pursuant to 35 Iii.

Adm. Code 104.12?

in that

it fails

to provide cost figures for

alternative compliance methods,

fails to include a schedule

for reducing the infiltration and inflow to the City’s sewer

system, and includes only a conclusory statement as

to the

environmental impact.

Unless the City files an amended petition within 45 days of

the date of this Order curing

the

above-noted defects,

the

petition will be subject

to dismissal.
