 agree
 that
 if
 Ford
proceeds
 with
 its facility modifications, such activity would
constitute
 a
 major modification
 pursusant
 to
 35
 Ill

 Ada.
 Code
203.207.
 However,
 neither
 party
 addresses
 the
 applicability
 of
Section
 203.207(f)
 which
 may
 capt
 the
 proposed
 activity
 from
being
 considered
 a
 major
 modification,
 especially
 if
 the
 Board
were to
 grant
 variance
 from
 Section
 215.204(a)(1).
Therefore,
 the
 Board
 hereby
 requests
 that
 the
 parties,
 if
they
 so desire, address the applicability of Section 203.207(f)
to
 Ford’s
 proposed
 modification.
 Since the
 deadline
 for
 decision
in
 this
 matter
 is
 April
 30,
 1984,
 and
 since
 the
 Board
 intends
 to
consider
 this
 matter
 at
 a
 special
 Board
 meeting
 on
 April
 27,
1984,
 any
 responses
 to
 this
 Order
 are
 requested
 to
 be
 filed
 by
April
 25,
 1984.
 A

 should
 be
