This regulatory proceeding is hereby established to consider
the site—specific noise limitations petitions before the Board
pursuant to newly adopted Rule 206(d) of Chapter 8:
Noise
Pollution.
In its adopting Opinion
(R77—14: Forging Noise,
July
21,
1982) the Board stated that such petitions would be
consolidated under one regulatory proceeding for purposes of
hearing and Economic Impact Study.
Three
such petitions were received by the Board on November
3,
1982.
For procedural simplicity,
each,
as well
as any other
petitions filed subsequently,
shall he assigned a docket.

The forging shops have fifteen months from the time Rule
206(d) was effective,
that is until December

filing has expired.
