    ORDER OF THE ~OARD
    (by Mr. Dumelle):
    On February 2,
    1977 Petitioner requested a variance from
    Rule 962 of Chapter
    3:
    Water Pollution of the Board’s Rules and
    Regulations.
    A variance would allow the Petitioner’s shopping
    center to remain connected to the City of Carlinville’s sewer
    system which has been placed on restricted Status.
    The variance
    petition was later amended and a hearing was held on June
    9.,
    1977.
    The Petition for Variance is hereby granted subject to the
    following conditions:
    1)
    Petitioner shall not allow any further connections to
    its eight inch sewer line unless and until the sewage treatment
    plant is expanded and the sewer ban lifted.
    2)
    Within
    35 days of the date of this Order,
    the Petitioner
    shall submit to the Manager, Variance Section, Division of
    Water Pollution Control,
    Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency,
    2200 Churchill Road, Springfield, Illinois
    62706,
    an executed Certification of Acceptance and Agreement to be
    bound to the terms and conditions of this variance.
    The
    form of said certification shall be as follows:

    having read the Order
    of the Pollution Control Board in PCB 77-40, understand and
    accept said Order, realizing that such acceptance renders all
    terms and conditions thereto binding and enforceable.
