INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J.D. Dumelle):
An Opinion and Order was issued in this case on December 4,
1980, ordering the Village of Roselle
(Village) to submit an
acceptable plan to the IEPA (Agency)
for minimizing sewer over-
flows.
As of the date of this Order, no such plan has been
submitted.
It is therefore ordered that the Village file an acceptable
plan with the Agency within 30 days of the date of this Order.
If that is not done, the Board shall refer this matter to the
Attorney General for enforcement of this Order through the
Circuit Courts.
Filings with the Agency should be directed
to Mr. Gary King at the Agency’s Springfield Office.
