ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by J.
D. Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon a December 3, 1984,
petition
for variance filed on behalf of the Village of Winslow.
That petition is deficient in numerous respects.
The requirements
of a variance petition are set forth at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 104.121
—
104.124..
Among other deficiencies,
the Board notes that relief is
requested from a permit condition rather than from the appropriate
Board rule,
no effluent data are presented, no specific length
oE
variance
is requested or justified, there
is no discussion of
the environmental impact, and there is no waiver or request for
hearing.
Unless the Village files an amended petition within 45 days
of the date of this Order,
curing the above-noted deficiencies,
the petition will he subject to dismissal.
IT
IS SO ORDERED.
