    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD

    Anderson):
    On November 12,
    1980,
    Respondent Chevy Chase moved that
    certain portions of the closing brief of the Village of Buffalo
    Grove be stricken,
    and for an extension of time in which to file
    a reply brief.
    The Board will address the motion to strike when
    it renders its decision on this action.
    The Board will however
    grant a one week extension of the schedule for submission of
    closing briefs.
    All reply briefs shall be simultaneously filed
    by all parties on or before December
    5,
    1980.
