    Pursuant to the Board’s Order of
    April
    2,
    1981, action in
    this
    case
    was stayed until August
    1,
    1981.
    There has been no
    activity since that time.
    On
    June 22,
    1982,
    in response to
    the Clerk’s inquiry, the Hearing Officer stated that it
    was
    his understanding that the Board would “soon” be contacted
    by petitioner,
    as shut down of “most of its operation” might
    resolve the case “without the necessity of further hearings”.
    No such contact has been made.
    If
    hearing
    is not scheduled
    within 30 and held within 60 days of
    the date of this Order,
    this action will be subject to dismissal.
