    On December 26,
    1979 Petitioner Olin Corporation
    (Olin)
    filed a Motion for Clarification of Order with respect
    to
    the
    Board’s Opinion and Order dated November
    15,
    1979 herein.
    Olin’s
    objection is well taken.
    The Board’s November
    15, 1979 Opinion
    and Order failed to take cognizance
    of the Board’s previous
    Order dated November
    1,
    1979.
    References
    in the Opinion of
    November 15,
    1979 to any part of Olin’s Joliet plant other
    than the phosphoric
    acid facility
    is hereby declared to be
    immaterial.
    The Board Order
    of November 15,
    1979
    is hereby
    vacated in its entirety and is replaced by the following Order:
    ORDER
    It is the Order of the Illinois Pollution Control Board
    that Olin Corporation
    (Joliet)
    is hereby granted a variance
    from Rule 203(a)
    of Chapter
    2:
    Air Pollution Control Regula—
    tions for the period of August
    3,
    1978 through August
    7,
    1979
    for its phosphoric
    acid facility under the following conditions:
    1)
    On or before February
    1,
    1980 Olin Corporation
    (Joliet)
    shall submit to the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency,
    2200 Churchill Road, Springfield,
    Illinios
    62706,
    a certification of compliance with Rule 203(a),
    with Sec—
    tion 111 of the Clean Air Act,
    and with Section 9.1 of
    the Environmental Protection Act.
    2)
    Olin Corporation
    (Joliet)
    is hereby notified that its
    noncompliance
    with
    the provisions
    of this variance may sub-
    ject
    it to civil penalties pursuant to Section 120 of the
    Clean Air Act.

    On or before February
    25, 1980 Olin Corporation
    (Joliet)
    shall execute and forward to the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency at the address noted in paragraph
    (1)
    above a Certification of Acceptance and Agreement to be
    bound by all the terms and conditions of this Order.
    The
    effect of this paragraph
    (3)
    shall be held in abeyance
    during any period this matter
    is being appealed.
    The form
    of said certification shall be as follows:

    understanding the Order of the Illinois Pollution Control Board
    in PCB 79-29, hereby accept said Order and agree to he bound by
    all of the terms and conditions
