HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 29, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondents John and

Ella Hall (Hall) did not appear. Nor did they appear at the September 8, 2005, telephonic status

conference. The complainant represented that it anticipates that it will file a pleading with the

Board challenging the August 18, 2005, Board order regarding the petition to contest

administrative citation.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on November 23, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance.
