    On June 28, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Due to complainant’s turnover in management, complainant’s attorney is still
    seeking approval to settle this case.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:15 a.m. on July 27, 2005. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this
    matter.
