The variance petition submitted by Chrysler Corporation on
March 23, 1982 was insufficient pursuant to Chapter
1:
Procedural
Rules 401(a)(l),
(6),
(7), and
(10).
Specifically, Petitioner
failed to adequately describe for how long variance from Rule
205(n)(1)(A)
was requested,
a detailed compliance schedule,
whether Petitioner currently has on file a compliance schedule
pursuant to Rule 205(m)
of Chapter
2,
an assessment of environ—
mental impact that the variance requested may impose on the area
surrounding the Belvidere Assembly Plant and what measures will
be taken to minimize such impact, if any.
Within forty—five
(45)
days Chrysler Corporation shall cure the informational defects,
or this Petition will be subject to dismissal
for inadequacy.
The ninety (90) day decision period shall commence when said
information is filed with the Board.
