ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by Mr. Goodman):
This matter comes before the Board upon Motion for Modifi-
cation and Clarification of Order by Olin Corporation
(Olin)
in
which O1i~irequest the Board modify its June
3, 1976 Opinion and
Order herein.
It is a total mystery to the Board how even a layman could
misconstrue the limits of the Certification set forth in subpara—
graph
(e)
of paragraph
3 of the aforementioned Order.
Paragraph
3 of the Order indicates that Olin is to be granted a variance
subject to five stated conditions noted as subparagraphs.
The last
subparagraph of paragraph
3 of the Order
is the Certification in
which Olin agrees to be bound by the conditions enumerated in the
variance grant.
There is no way this subparagraph of paragraph
3
could be extended to paragraphs
1 and
2 of the Order as
should be
clear with even a cursory reading of the said Order.
The Board
therefore denies Olints Motion for Modification and Clarification
of Order.
Since it is apparent from paragraph
4 of Olin’s Motion that
it has not yet prepared an appeal from the Order of June 3,
1976
23—i
—2—
the Board hereby extends the time for said appeal from said Order
to
35 days subsequent to the date of this Order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
Mr. Young abstained.

Board,
