    (by Mr. Goodman):
    On February

    Petitioner filed
    a Petition to Modify
    and Extend Variance with the caption PCB 76-218.
    The Board hereby
    construes this petition
    as
    a motion for modification of the Board’s
    February
    17,
    1977,
    Opinion and Order herein.
    In its motion, Petitioner requests that the Board modify the
    variance so that it extends until May
    1,
    1977,
    rather than until
    March
    1,
    1977,
    as was indicated in the Board’s Order.
    The Board
    finds that such a modification
    is warranted by the record herein
    and hereby grants the requested date change.
    Petitioner also requests that the Board grant
    i.t
    a variance
    from Rule 408(a)
    of the Water Regulations.
    Because such
    a request
    is beyond the scope of the original variance petition,
    it is denied
    without prejudice.
