Agency shall begin testing

the site no later than

1980 with the consent of Milford Huisinga,

the

land Owner,

and will make available

its results of the

sampling program by

no later than June 15,

1980 to the

parties herein.

Parties

shall submit final

settlement

agreement

fully resolving the matter or go to hearing

on or before July

31,

1980.
