Board vacate its Order dismissing Monsanto’s NPDES permit

appeal and grant Monsanto party status in proceedings before

the Board involving the Village of Sauget,

Illinois captioned

PCB 79—87.

The Board hereby denies both of Petitioner’s

motions.

However, on its own motion,

the Board hereby joins

Monsanto Company as a party to proceedings in PCB 79—87.
