HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On June 3, 2004, the parties informed the hearing officer that they are still diligently

discussing field information for the purposes of a technical remedy, including submitting

additional site sampling.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference on August 19,

2004, at 11:15 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but

each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
