    At
    the
    close
    of
    hearing
    in
    this
    matter
    on
    February
    19,
    1981,
    the Hearing Officer directed the Agency to file its closing brief
    on or before April 24, and North Shore to file its closing brief
    on or before May 25,
    1981.
    The Board’s files reflect no extension
    of these due dates.
    No briefs have been filed.
    Procedural Rule 330 provides that the timing of the filing
    of final briefs shall be set “consistent with the Board’s respon-
    sibility for expeditious Øecision”.
    The Board can countenance
    no further delay in final resolution of this action.
    Any final
    briefs by the parties shall be simultaneously filed on or before
    February 1, 1981.
    Late filings will not be considered by the
    Board.
