    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr. Werner):
    On September 21,
    1979, the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency filed a Motion for Extension of Time to file an Amended
    Statement of Stipulated Settlement.
    The Board notes that the Amended Statement of Stipulated
    Settlement was originally to be completed by July 2,
    1979.
    An
    extension of this time was given by Board Order until July 31, 1979.
    Another extension of time was granted by the Board until September 24,
    1979.
    Now again, the Board hereby grants the Complainant’s Motion for
    Extension of Time and gives the parties until December 3,
    1979 to
    file their Amended Statement of Stipulated Settlement.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
