HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 12, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
respondent represented that it anticipates filing either a motion for clarification or a motion for
reconsideration in response to the May 6, 2004 Board order. Complainant represented that it
may file a response.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on June 17, 2004, at 1:30 p.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing.
