HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 6, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that it appears that a settlement has been reached and
that the complainant will draft and circulate a stipulation and proposal for settlement
(stipulation). To that end, it was agreed that respondent’s answer is now due to be filed on or
before January 6, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 1, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
