BOARD

Petitioner, Georgia Pacific Corporation,
is hereby
granted a variance from Paragraph
3 of the Board’s Order of
April
2,
1981 in PCB 76-241, subject to the following condi-
tions:
1.
This
variance
will
expire
on
November
1,
1984
or upon completion of conditions
4,
5,
6
and
7
herein, whichever occurs first.
2.
Attachment A to the variance petition of
July 21, 1982 is hereby incorporated by refer-
ence for the purpose of identifying units.
3.
Petitioner shall comply with
the
terms and
bonditions of the Stipulation of Facts and Proposal
for Settlement filed December 30, 1980 in PCB 76—241,
except as modified by this variance.
4.
By November 30, 1982, Basins B, C and E1 shall be
covered with dirt to a depth of one foot,
fertilized
and seeded.
5.
Within one year after Petitioner ceases to use it
as
a pre-settling basin, Basin E2 shall be covered
with dirt to a depth of one foot, fertilized and
seeded to establish a vegetative cover.
6,
Within one year after tie-in to the Taylorville
Sanitary District is completed, Basin D shall be
covered with dirt to a depth of one foot, fertilized
and seeded to establish a vegetative growth.
7.
On or before December 31,
1983 Cell ~l shall be
covered to a depth of one foot, fertilized and seeded
to establish a vegetative cover.
Final cover and
grade will be established by bulldozing the sur-
rounding dikes.

8.
Fertilization shall be done by applying 500 pounds
of 10—10—10 fertilizer per acre.
9.
Seeding shall be done by applying 50 pounds per
acre of tall fescue seed mix, or any other vegetation
approved in advance by the Agency.
10.
Within forty-five days of the date of this Order,
Petitioner shall execute and forward to the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency, Variance Section,
2200 Churchill Road, Springfield, Illinois 62706,
a
Certificate
of
Acceptance
and
Agreement
to
be
bound
to
all
terms
and conditions of this variance.
This forty-five day period shall be held in abeyance
for any period this matter is being appealed.
The
form of the Certificate shall be as follows:
