    1982 the Illinois Environmental Protection
    Agency
    (Agency) filed a motion to strike or,
    in the alternative,
    for leave to reply to a portion of Mobil Chemical Company’s
    (Mobil’s) brief.
    On July 20 Mobil responded.
    The motion to strike is denied.
    The Agency shall have until
    September 1,
    1982 in which to respond to Mobil’s brief.
    As
    the Board wishes to be fully advised on the merits of these
    important and contested issues, Mobil
    is given leave to reply
    on or before September 11,
    1982.
